Won two item from same seller both for 99p I'm really happy she's obviously not cause when I asked her to combine postage she replied saying no cause she's not giving them away and i did win them for 99p each?!?! WTF!!

Anyway have spent 3 1/2 weeks now trying to get a correct invoice from her as it was asking for an extra £3 then an extra £6 so double what it should be and now she's ignoring me. I think she is waiting for me to say forget it. Is there anything I can do????

If she doesn't state on the listings that she will combine p&p then she is not obliged to.
If she states she does, then she is.
She is not allowed to alter the stated p&p though after the sale - has she done this?

Basically yeah the postage for each item was £3, don't have aproblem with her not combining to be honest but she sent an invoice for £9 postage and when I mailed her she resent this time for £12 and now she's not replying.

it doesn't sound like you are going to get the items.
you can either think well at least no money lost or you can try and click on the pay button on the listing and see what amount it asks for. If it asks for 2 x99p plus 2 x £3 then you can pay via paypal and if she doesn't send; open a dispute for non performing seller

When I click on it its sowing £12.

Have mailed her to basically ask am I going to get them or what - we'll see
