I sold a quite expensive children's coat on e-bay.
I have 100% positive feedback and always post 1st class promptly and don't rip off on postage.
The coat's buyer has e-mailed and says the coat is very nice, but too big, and can they have their money back.
Well, I'm not happy about this because I would have to re-list and might not get the same money, plus I don't think they appreciate that they would have to pay the postage costs and my e-bay fees.
I was thinking of e-mailing her and saying that in view of all the costs, she would be better off keeping the coat for next year.
Could I be given negative feedback if I refuse a refund?
