i sold disney princess aquadraw a few weeks ago and buyer has emailed me today saying that there are pink stains all over it and if its only been used once (which it has)then can i explain them ?
when i sent the item off it was in great condition told them how they can clean it ect was as nice as possible,even offered them a refund if they were not happy,just hoping they dont leave me bad feedback any advice on what i can do or have i done the right thing ?
