Selling tickets on eBay - when to send them?

I’ve sold some tickets on bay. Buyer has paid.
Do I wait for it to show in my eBay account before I send them? I have digital codes and also the actual tickets but listed it as collection only.

Wait for the money to clear on your account first

if you’re not an established seller, the money may not clear on your account until the tickets are show as delivered.
