Ebay rules on selling lipsticks

I've just received a Nars lipstick, bought at J Lewis online and am gutted that the shade is nothing like the colour online (which was supposed to be close to the one I have already.) I swiped it on my hand.

It's a special version (packaging) that would usually be £34.
Is there any way I can resell this even to get something for it?

It's used now. So probably not

It’s technically against eBay policy to sell used cosmetics, but plenty of people do so.

just be truthful in your description and be aware that this could leave you open to a not as described case, for people looking to exploit the loophole.
