I sold an item that unfortunately was delivered broken. The buyer obviously reported an issue and we've been waiting on vinted ever since.
Vinted sent me a message this morning but there's no option to reply directly, do I reply on the message thread with the buyer? I don't want to do it incorrectly as it could effect the result but I don't want to message the buyer out of the blue either.
