Hi- im hoping someone can help? I accidentally printed and attached an old already used Evri label to a parcel today. I took it in to the parcel shop and they scanned it in. I then realised later on it should have been an inpost label and I went back to the shop. They still have my parcel but won’t give it to me! They say they’ve scanned it in so they are responsible for it now even though the label is used! After a bit of negotiation with the man in the shop he said he was happy to keep to one side until I contact Evri. I can’t contact them now till morning! Anyone else had any experience with this issue at all? It’s my fault- trying to do too much at Christmas! But so frustrating when the parcel is still there and can be sorted out! 😞
