Buyer protection fee- clueless in Yorkshire

Hi, I've just sold an item on Ebay for £10 and the BPF is 80p. The buyer has asked for an invoice. I don't sell on Ebay a lot so, does she pay me £10.80 then Ebay take 80p off me or does she pay me £10 and then 80p to Ebay separately?
The Ebay bots are rubbish and their help articles are more difficult to crack than the Enigma code.
Never again.
Many thanks in advance.

EBay will collect the full amount from them, pay you £10 and pocket their fee. But the whole ‘sum’ is shown together for the buyer to pay along with postage, which is usually retained by eBay if you use eBay simple shipping and they provide you with the label.
