Buyer has no feedback

I've sold something on Ebay, and it's something branded and about £100. The buyer has no feedback. Could I, and should I cancel the order?

(I'm sick of having nice things selling only to have a return requested because they are 'not as described' meaning the buyer didn't bother to read the description and is complaining that the blue trousers aren't purple or something).

Well, we all had to start somewhere. I wouldn’t cancel it on those grounds alone.

You can’t block buyers with 0 feedback but you can block anyone with negative feedback or multiple unpaid reports. You could do that in future to weed out more bad ‘uns.

Thanks, I've sent it. I had a spate a while ago of getting 'item not received' , and there were certain brands that it happened to, and they' d be a few weeks after despatch. Fortunately, they were sent signed for and I still had the receipts.

I feel so disllusioned I feel like taking all my listings and future listings to the charity shops.
