Issues with Yodel?

I have posted 9 parcels with yodel in the last week and all of them are delayed and have had no tracking updates for 3-5 days (suggesting lost in transit). All tracking seemed to stop on the 15th. Anyone else noticed this or am I just really unlucky?

I don't use Yodel, but there's loads of chatter on my vinted FB group about problems. They're merging with inpost at the moment. Couriers aren't collecting from the shops and shops are refusing parcels.

I've got a 3rd parcel list by them in the space of 2 weeks. So annoying!! I emailed them about the first one and they claimed to look into it but if course it's still lost.

You’re definitely not the only one Yodel’s been really slow lately. A few of my parcels stopped updating around the 15th too and only moved days later. Their scans often lag even if the parcel isn’t actually lost.
If you’re selling regularly, it might be worth looking at setting up a small Shopify store. You’d still choose your own couriers, but Shopify integrates with multiple shipping options and gives you a clearer dashboard for tracking + customer updates — way less stress than juggling eBay/Vinted tracking pages
