Vinted should I send offers?

I have 2 pairs of expensive boots listed. They both have around 50 favourites.
They have been up for about 3 weeks.
Should I send offers to all the watchers?
I am a bit of a novice selling on Vinted. Tia

Just drop the price. If they don’t sell then, take them off and re-list.

I do, and had mixed responses.

Drop the price, all those watchers like the item but think they are too expensive

An offer might help somebody undecided take the plunge. My favourites are a mix of things I want but feel their too expensive and things I like but not sure about. I’ve made a few purchases on the back of an offer coming through.

Nothing to lose by sending offers.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Do check your price is reasonable compared to similar items on vinted.

A lot of new sellers don’t appreciate that prices there are lower if you want to actually sell anything. I didn’t myself at first.

Yes make an offer! It often prompts someone to buy OP.

Just drop the price. Don’t go through and make individual offers, Vinted doesn’t show you when they remove it from their favourites.

Oh that would explain why sometimes I get random offers for things that are no longer in my favourites! I often search for something, favourite everything then remove anything that with close inspection isn't suitable!

I hate being bombarded with offers tbh. I prefer when someone drops the price and it notifies me. That's what I do.

A buyer has made an offer for one pair of the boots and I accepted it but they haven’t confirmed, they saw it 3 hours ago. Should I send a message saying I can post tomorrow or leave it?

Leave it. You accepted the offer, just wait.
They may be at work or busy.

AlorsTimeForWine · 24/09/2025 16:37

I use vinted A LOT.

if you want them gone... waot until 6.30/7pm drop price by £5.
Everyone who has favorites it will be alerted and someone will jump.

I wouldnt be waiting around for someone who may or not may actually commit to buy after the offer was made. Lower the price and get it sold!
