refunded....now showing unpaid

I've recently had my first refund via paypal for items not received.
the seller didn't communicate at all, either prior to the dispute or during. Paypal eventually found in my favour and refunded my money.
Now, I have an email - a payment reminder!
On my transaction details for this item it is showing as unpaid. I'm pretty certain the reminder has to be sent from the seller and isn't an auto send.
Has anyone ever had this happen?... know how to deal with it?

What exactly is it they have sent you? Is it an invoice?

It's a payment reminder.
It 'could' be auto generated if they are using selling manager, but I have a feeling it isn't auto.

Is the transaction still open with Ebay then? I mean, does it still show that you bought something from them and need to pay for it?

I have got one too I was refunded then i keep getting an invoice to pay .

Don't know why but if you look at the listing it shoudl say you have been refunded

the symbol does say i have been refunded.
If it's a auto gen then I prob don't need to worry.
If he has sent a reminder out he may be intending to file a non payment to get a refund on his fees.
I'll have to wait and see what happens next
