and the buyer chose the 2nd class option, then is she being unreasonable to file an item not received for an item which she paid for on Sunday 20th, but which was, as per my listings, posted on Saturday 26th?

She can file this 10 days after she paid. So could have filed it today and she should get it tomorrow/thur, have you emailed her to let her know? I bought something on 20th april and heard nothing from seller and ebay won't let me file until after today so how has she done it???

I would email her and let her know that it does state in your listings that you post on Saturdays.

If she's anything like me she won't have read it all

carrie - I haven't actually checked ebay, she sent me an email through ebay saying she had/was going to.
Squonk - she should have got the parcel today, or tomorrow at latest. I sent it recorded, so can track it

I would track it first, and then email her with details of where it is, if it hasn't arrived.

If it has arrived, surely she can't file an item not received?
