Recently, everytime I try and make a payment via instant bank transfer, my bank refuses to authorise the payment and it fails. Paypal then use my back up card to process the payment, but the card is the one for my bank account anyway, so it isn't that the money isn't in there, my bank seem to just be refusing to do it.
I have now had an email from paypal saying that because my bank are disputing the direct debit insturction and so I can no longer pay by this method.
I don't understand it.
I can pay with my card for that account, but not direct transfer.
