I'm new to selling on eBay, have only bought the odd item.
I sold 3 items to the same person.
At her request I combined the items and charged her one postage, I was happy to do this.
Sent them insured but not signed for.
Sent them 11 days ago, day after auction ended.
I've received no feedback from her.
Should i message to check she's revived them or assume she's received item and not message her?

Any help appreciated.

I tend to leave feedback in bulk, though tbh I avoid eBay as much as possible now.

I do recall a few years ago being harassed with messages every day to leave feedback for something I'd bought. I must have had ten messages over the course of a week. I did leave the feedback they so desired and it wasn't positive.

I never leave feedback

It varies, sometimes everyone gives feedback, then there's a run of no feedback. I would never harass someone for feedback, just assume that if they haven't complained they're happy.

But really it's a very quick process to leave feedback, and a person's feedback record can be a decider for buyers as to whether to bid or not, so its a bit feeble not to leave it if you're happy with the item.

In my experience, many buyers don't leave any feedback. The new rules now are that you can't leave negative feedback until something like seven days have passed which I guess it to try and encourage buyers to contact sellers first if there is a problem rather than just leaving bad feedback. Aside from that, if you've not heard anything at all then take no news as good news! No need to message the buyer as you risk irritating them as some people are a bit weird about things like that!
