What do we do if the seller refuses to refund?

We bought Amy Winehouse tickets through ebay around the middle of october for quite alot of money, well above the face value of the ticket.
Obviously she has cancelled her tour.

The listing did say full refund if event cancelled but not rescheduled (Which it already had been once).
I emailed the seller who has 100% positive feedback who said he would look into it and refund our money when he was refunded and he would be in touch shortly.

We've not heard from him yet and we emailed about 4days ago, i'm not panicking yet but what could we do if he refuses to refund?

Thanks ladies

Unfortunately, I don't think paypal protects you for ticket purchases, from something I read before.

I don't know what your options are.

You could open a dispute on ebay. If that is unsatisfactory, then you can open a paypal dispute after 20 days (I think). I don't know whether tickets are covered. But if you funded paypal from your credit card, you should be covered that way.

Thanks that what i thought, i paid via paypal but from my bank account funds so i don't think there is much i can do. Never mind hopefully he will pay up as his feedback is really good. Will think twice about buying tickets through ebay again though.
