Help, i need to refund an item someone has won..how do i do ti?

item once ive got it out isnt as good as id last rememberd, emaild buyer apologised offered refund asap but cant find out how to do it??help!

if they paid with paypal, click on 'refund' - near the bottom of the page.

from paypal account page, click on 'details' then look down the page...

do not send them a new payment because they will lose out (they will have to pay paypal fees)

Hi SweetSnowflake - if you go into Ebay and click on the "help" button, then type "refund on paypal" into the search section it will come up how to do it. Tried to attach the link to this post for you but wasn't sure how to do it.
