right cliff notes version

item won 23rd april, cheque sent 24th april, cheque cashed from my account 26th april. (assuming 4 day clearance in her account 2nd may)

I emailed on the 3rd may and also 6th may to ask if everything was ok, and also that I had sent my details to her.

I have had NO reply as of yet.

her listing states "Cheques/Postal Orders/Bakers Drafts to be recieved within 7 days (Item will be dispatched on clearance off the cheque)" now i've paid for 1st class postage so it should be with me by now.

what should I do from here? I don't want to risk neg FB but also I want her to at least respond/aknowledge my emails.

well the computer's working - yesterday she's done her FB for others so can see all of my messages, yet still chooses to ignore them - if nothing by sat I'll be escalating it to a claim I think.

have I been reasonable here?

not sure if you can claim from the bank but its worth a try you have nothing to loose.
I think different rules apply on ebay if the seller is registered as a private seller or a business seller a buyer has more rights with a business seller I think, and in some cases they dont need to be registered as a business to be considered a business if it can be shown they are selling a lot of the same things, you can use trading standards.
