Buyer in Russia [hmm]

I had some shoes that were won last night (£9) then received a message from the winner of the bid informing me she's in Russia and would I post them?
Definitely ticked the no international postage button when listing.
WIBU to tell her where to go? Or shall I get a quote and invoice her?
If I do tell her that I'm not posting to Russia then what? Relist or can I offer it to the 2nd highest buyer?
Thanks

You are entitled to decline. Keep all messages thru Ebay.
I don't hear bad stories about Russia, actually. Italy on the other hand...

Well that's my other concern - that it's some form of scam (don't know what?!). The feedback seems to be mostly positive although one person has recently put that she never paid..

I can't remember why but I'm sure sending to Russia is a no no...

I don't post to Russia. Warned off by various posts on here and ebay community forum.

Only bad experiences I've had on ebay were with buyers from Russia/Eastern Europe. Now I either send with DHL or not at all.

Probably not worth the hassle for a £9 pair of shoes, though.
