what can I do about a bully seller ?

Won the bid on something the other day & asked would it be possible to send the next day as would like it for next week.

Seller doesn't reply until this am stating the terms are 2 days of payment.

I then pay as says they will send today. Then says will send when payment clears. For some reason my pay pal pays after item sent. I tell them that & they then cancel the sale.

Seller then sends arsey email, saying if I leave negative feedback he'll send on all correspondence to ebay asking them to remove it !
I think what a tit...but I'd like to report him, is this possible ?

I don't actually think they've done anything wrong apart from being quite rude in their messages. If you feel that strongly you could give them four out of five stars for communication or something, but quite frankly, you should just let it go.

You could be the Queen of Sheba and I still wouldn't post the item until the money was in my account.

PayPal States my payment has gone through but then actually takes it after I've received it. Perhaps it's because of my high feedback

Why didn't you pay immediately if the item was so urgently required?

If anyone started making demands before they had actually paid me I would have probably ignored them too.

Can I ask something? When sellers talk about cleared payment do they mean when the money appears in their bank account or when they receive an email from eBay saying payment had been sent and they can send the item? I've always wondered about this.

Sellers get an email from Paypal telling them the money has arrived and to send the item (and giving a confirmed address to send it to). That's what I mean by "cleared" jaxt.

Actually my PayPal changed to pay after item arrives a while ago. I hadn't changed anything. Just one day it came up with that on PayPal after buying something on eBay. It was easily fixed in the settings though.

So it probably wasn't something the OP set up and she was as surprised as you lot about it. No need for such a weirdy thread.
