Sending several items to one buyer

I currently have 6 listings for collectors items. Currently I have one buyer with a bid on every item so it is quite possible they may win several/all of the items.
I originally thought that this would be good as I could post them all off in one parcel. That would save me time and them money as I would refund excess postage.
However this would mean that there would only be one tracking number. Could they claim that they had only received one item and be refunded by ebay? If I emailed them through ebay would this be proof?
Any advice gratefully received.

It's cheaper to send all together than separate so can't see them making a problem. If it's tracked/signed it usually gives the weight so this would work in your favour they can't say was only one item say. Never had problems myself

invoice the buyer with a combined postage amount once they've won the items. Then 1 tracking number is all that's required.

Can you not issue an invoice for several items? I'm sure I've had them when I've bought more than one item from a seller.

Yes they could do that. However they could also attempt to scam you if you sent the items individually "this parcel contained a rock, not the specified item", so I wouldn't say it puts you more at risk.

I send multiple items under one tracking number. There's a risk but equally if you send one item under one tracking number there's a risk that a buyer could open a case against you saying they received a box but there was nothing in it.

If multiple items means a lower shipping cost I'll refund but might include things like signed-for and insurance, for example when a handful of £30 items are approaching £100 in value.
