Item not received and seller not responding :-(

I bought an item in February and waited and waited for it to arrive, I got a message saying that the item had been returned to them and could they send it again?

I said yes of course I'll wait but I have still not received the item

I have contacted the seller and they are not responding and eBay won't give me a refund as 30 days have passed

You can claim via PayPal for up to 180 days I think!

Did you pay by credit card - if so file a claim with them. Am surprised you waited so long tbh.

Thanks! I paid by PayPal so will take it up with them.

The item was being shipped from abroad and obviously they emailed me in between to say they were going to resend.
