Ds wanted to spend some of his birthday money on a set of Halo figures. He shopped around and the best price was on Ebay, so they were a good price, but not exceptionally cheap.
They arrived very promptly but one of the heads snapped off as he got it out of the box. Could be him being heavy handed but should stand up to that I would have thought. Anyway I emailed the seller who asked which figure it was and has responded promptly to say it's in the post. It hasn't arrived yet (we only received the original yesterday) but so far so good.
However, I was surprised that they can replace just one figure, which coupled with the initial breakage (DS has lots of these figures and never broken one before) makes me wonder if I've unwittingly bought a fake.
DS is 14 (bless) so I'm not worried about it not being safe in little fingers but I don't buy counterfeit goods as a rule.
