Sending item to italy...different address

I wondered if any one could help. I have been selling on ebay for years and usually will not sent overseas but somehow someone has bid and won and are asking to post to Italy.

They took a couple of days to make payment through paypal - they said their paypal was playing up and now i have just wrapped parcel up and address on ebay and paypal in an address in United Kingdom but seller is asking me to send to Italy.

What should i do? The item sold for £80

buyer is asking you to send to Italy even though the address given by paypal in their email is UK? If so send to UK - but please send fully insured. Standard signed for is not enough. I would courier it. And upload the tracking to eBay too.

And make sure your settings prevent foreign buyers too.

Before they made payment the address on ebay was in Italy and then after they made payment was uk. I have just read something about international global postage so wondering if it may be something to do with that

You're referring to the Global Shipping Programme (GSP). If you're sending under that programme the address should include:

Langham Park, Berristow Lane South Normanton

Yes - but as I said send it tracked and insured for the full value. And you can opt out of the GPS if you want to. And adjust your settings to make sure no more foreign buyers too.

Only ever send to Italy fully tracked! DH does a lot of trading and has sent there, all the buyers have ASKED for fully tracked!

I think you've missed that the seller is sending via ebay's GSP DanaBarrett.
