When did ebay start having adverts on their pages?

I am looking for something, and at the end of every search result page there are rougly 20 "sponsored pages" links. I don't remember there being any before, so is it new? Do they really need extra revenue?

Quite a while ago. I use Adblocker so don't see any thankfully.

I have an adblock too and yet they are still there. I could have sworn I didn't see them a couple of days ago. Maybe I am losing my marbles.

I am fed up of getting ads for things I viewed a few days ago and I have adblocker running,do you know if you have to refresh the programme ?

No idea. I actually re-installed adblock a couple of days ago and that's when all the ads started showing. I have ghostery but still see ads. It's a conspiracy.
