Wedding dresses from China

Has anyone ever bought one?

I'm on a budget but would still love to have a beautiful wedding dress (Who doesn't?).

I have just been trawling ebay and there are stunning dresses, but the ones I love are all from China and custom made. They sound too good to be true, or are they are real bargain? I know I have to pay VAT, but as long as I stick to under £135 no taxes.

So, is there a big catch or is it fine to go for one of them? Wedding isn't until December, so have time for shipping.

£15 for a wedding dress, even a Chinese made one, sounds impossible. I can't see how it's done and free postage too.

honey yes she definitely gets them from China, it was so obvious. She said once I ordered it would take four weeks for the standard size and if I wanted custom it would be six weeks - exactly the time it takes to get them from China. Her website shows the same dresses to the T. She also showed me a size chart which was an exact copy of the size chart from the China seller.

OP I got married last month and I bought my wedding dress from Etsy (yes, Chinese-made) for about £80. Complete with shipping it was about £100. this one.

I gave them my measurements and it fit very well on arrival. It was longer than I expected so my mum shortened it to my knee. But then I lost nearly a stone, oops. It still fit very well though, thanks to some decent corsetting.
