slow dispatch of purchases and moan about ebay.

When I win something, I always pay immediately or asap as I know how irritating it is for sellers when they want to get things sent out. I always get my sales sent out quickly too.

OOH I won something last Tuesday and the seller says they aim to post out with in 2 working days. There is no dispatched markation on my purchase page and I did email seller to ask. Do they not want good f/back?

Is it me or is ebay becomming rubbish. Recently I had to ask for a refund from whilst patiently waiting for something for over a month and then couldn't leave neg f/back even though I felt the seller deserved it.

I think there are a lot of people on eBay who don't really 'get' eBay if that makes sense.
For example I got a negative feedback which just said 'it was broke' it was for a blender that I had sold that was sent via courier. The buyer had not emailed me at all so I contacted them to say that if they had emailed me first they would have got a refund instead of just leaving a neg and not contacting me at all! I got the neg removed by eBay because I could show I had tried to fix the issue.

Also had a similar incident with buying things as well. Almost having to explain to the seller what to do!
I think a lot more people are joining eBay without understanding it.
