How long to wait for a seller about collecting items

I bought four garden chairs last week, paid via paypal on Wednesday. I sent a message on Wednesday about collection. No response. Sent another message Saturday and still haven't heard. I did get the chairs for a lot cheaper than they tend to sell for, but hey that's the nature of eBay. Giving seller benefit of the doubt as may have had a busy bank holiday weekend.

How long should I wait before contacting ebay/paypal or whatever, if they continue to not get back to me?

I'd message every day for 2 to 3 more days, then if you don't hear anything get in touch with Ebay.

I bought a picture two weeks ago and have not been able to get hold of the seller. I'm sure its a con. I have tried going through the ebay processes but they just keep saying I have to wait until 23 may!! In the meantime the guy has my money.

Areyousirius - you can file not received now to get your money back and leave a neg and low stars - there is no way you can force your seller to sell. Have they relisted?

Littleredsquirrel - you can log into paypal and file a claim there - and do neg and leave low stars to warn others. Was the seller abroad, or did they sate a long delivery time - 23rd May seems a long time to wait.
