Please, does anyone have a phone number for eBay's customer service

I click on customer service but no number shows up
Why do they make it so hard to contact? I don't want to email. I just want to speak , even emailing isn't easy as they take you thru so many different channels
I really can't be doing with going through the whole 'finding answer to your question'
I just want to talk to a human being
I don't have one question, I have several relating to one issue and it's not all q's anyway but chasing something up , they never got back to me re someone leaving me an unfair neg FB nor did they return my fees
So I don't have a specific q, it's more 'what's going on?'

I chose 'Fees, Billing and Invoices' then clicked Call Us and it gave a phone number and a one-time passcode to give to the agent on the call.

The number it gave for me to call was 0845 355 3229

gave me the same phone number when I chose 'Leaving and receiving Feedback' but gave a different passcode

what is the problem?

it's re: a recent post on here when I tried to sell a gramophone
The would be buyer is in Tanzania
and wanted to wait over a month to collect it (or send a courier , to send it to a UK address).
He paid in Paypal though i'd asked him not to. so i refunded
He left me neg feedback
I reported him. I haven't heard anything back.. I want my final value fees back and for the Fb to be removed.. eBay can see the messages from him to me
