Need to return a dress - cheapest courier?

I'd ordered a dress for me and a suit for DS from separate sellers and neither fit so am returning which is fine according to each sellers return policy, with both stating I pay return postage.

Who is best for a tracked package price wise? Want proof of postage/signed for/tracked on each parcel but don't want to pay over the odds.

TIA.

It depends on the size of package and weight - a dress that can be packed small enough may be cheaper via Royal Mail Recorded Small Packet which would be £3.70. Doubt you'd get a suit to fold small enough for this though.
Alternatively I'd go with Hermes which is £3.25 + VAT for less than 2kg so £3.90 in total.
Both provide a tracked service, with Hermes you need to pay extra for a signature which is £1 (83p + VAT) if I remember correctly, however Ebay are usually happy to accept the tracking number and delivery confirmation as proof of return.
Hope this helps.
