No contact from buyer. What do I do now?

Hi there

I sold a lamp last Sunday which I advertised as collection only. I messaged the buyer after the auction closed to ask when he wanted to collect it but have heard nothing. I'd like yo relist if he doesn't want it. Do I now cancel the transaction now?

In addition if I relist can I put on a higher start price as I think I was a bit conservative with my price last time.

Personally message again to ask about when do they want to collect & payment

Next go to resolution centre and file for non-payment. Very important you do this for many reasons, not least to have a record of their time-wasting.

In 4 days they get a strike & you get to relist when the case is closed. don't try to relist until case has been closed.
