Fucking Bloody Shitting MyHermes

glad I got that off my chest!

what's the deal now with printing address labels since the new "update" recently? I use 2 labels per A4 sheet so was not pleased to discover a minute ago that there is a pissing delivery note on the bottom label - what a fucking waste! Does anyone know if there is a way around this, I bought labels so that I didn't have to faff with cutting out and then sticking a piece of paper on with sellotape.

TOTAL pain in the arse

You don't need the delivery note. I've used hermes for years and had to print the labels each time. Fwiw I find them really reliable.

Umm I can see this is annoying but your tone seems a wee bit out of proportion. I was imagining they'd delivered your parcel to Boston, USA instead of Boston, Lincolnshire.

I know! Bit OTT but that was how I felt on the moment. I do actually find them reliable but that wasn't the issue.

Let me rephrase - now that they have made some changes to their website how can I stop the delivery note printing out at the bottom of my label sheet as address label and delivery note are now "as one" on a single page.

I love Hermes. So much better than RM for posting parcels anything bigger than a gnat.

yes I totally agree! don't know what came over me Confused

Bless you calamity :o posting anything on eBay is enough to make me break out into a cold sweat. Talk about a lose lose shituation - you try to reduce costs by using Hermes, and it's not straightforward (but I do luffs them)!

I was worried today when a buyer from Northern Ireland won an item of mine. Its just over a kilo so Royal Mail was out of the question, I quoted £4.20 for MyHermes. I was so scared it could cost more to NI but it was just the same Halloween Smile

Also, this will be around my 15th package sent with them, no problems so far. As an aside, it is strongly rumoured that Royal Mail will be changing (back!) the rules on Small Parcels to make anything up to the size of a shoebox acceptable from the end of October.
