No contact from seller after a week?

I bought a chest of drawers from a trade seller on eBay a week ago (thurs). I emailed on friday asking if they would contact me to arrange delivery, no reply. Emailed again on Tuesday evening, still no reply. Rang phone number on the eBay ad - says call can't be taken. What would you do now? Can I threaten to cancel the purchase at this stage?

Just cancel it. They are clearly not interested.

I would livechat or whatever it is called with eBay and see what they suggest. I wouldn't give in yet.

But I've paid already - how do I go about cancelling? And am I within my rights to bearing in mind it's only been a week? Difficult to find the answers on the eBay site.

open a not received dispute in ebay or paypal, report for false contact details and you can also leave a neg and low stars once completed.
