How can you attach a photo to message in ebay?

Bought an item which unfortunately arrived broken.

Seller is very reasonably asking for a photo of damage before they send me a replacement.

However I cannot for the life of me work out how to attach photo to message. Apparently a blue button should appear stating attach photo when I click on respond to message... but it doesn't anywhere that I can see.

Does anyone know how to do this or is my ebay broke?

When you reply to the message, the big box where you write your message - above that where the send button is - it's next to that.
