how long to give a silent buyer?

auction finished Sunday, emails are not getting a response. Don't want to lose my second-chance bidder - how long do I give this person?

I would open a non payer case now - you can do it after 48 hours. Close in 4 days and then you can relist or do 2nd chance offer
