Item won 8/8/13 but still not sent...

I won a cot on 8th aug. seller said if I wanted sending rather than collecting then I'd need to pay postage on top. All fine, made clear in the listing and part of why I bid for that item - none are anywhere local to me.

Had a few messages, saying having trouble finding packaging, then on holiday last week but would sort dispatch on return. I have gently chased Tuesday but heard nothing more.

I have not yet paid as am awaiting exact cost of p&p in order to do so. This is as agreed and I have made it clear I will pay as soon as total is advised.

I'm not going to get my cot am I ?

I would leave neg feedback and stars and find another cot to buy

Get hold of their contact details on Ebay (it's a left hand column option when you go to advanced search) and try to phone them. I am pretty generous but that is poor service.
