Non payment, no responce to messages, so now .......;

The item was won on the 31st July, I have sent a message and 2 invoices, the second invoice today asking for payment in 24 hours and had no response or payment. So tomorrow how do I start a non payment case? How soon can I offer a second chance to the next bidder?

open an unpaid case by going to the resolution centre - you need to open it and close it first before you can do a second chance offer or relist. You have to wait 4 days to close. You could have opened the case 48 hrs after end of auction. No point hanging around till tomorrow tbh I reckon.

Oh wish I had asked sooner, I put on the invoice that I would like payment in 24 hours so I think I should stick to that then open the case tomorrow. Never had to do this before, I only sell quite low value items so usually people just get on with it and pay :( I will never understand why people bid for things they don't want!
