I sold an item on 20.6 and the buyer hasn't paid. I've sent two invoices.
EBay seems to want me to waste my time phoning the buyer- I don't want to do this as there will be no record of the contact and anyway it's not worth the mobile credit.
Frankly I don't really care whether I end up selling the item or not but I'm damned if I'm paying a Final Value fee on this, so I've opened an unpaid item case.
I was under the impression that if this doesn't get it sorted I'll get the fees back- is this right?
I suppose the buyer could try to neg me for this which I'd be pissed off about but hey ho- I just want it off my list of things to do now.
Sound OK to you?
