DP bought an item that was damaged.
We returned it tracked/signed for. It was sent a day later then the person told us to send it (a Sunday when we never got told until Sat night to send it the next day so it was sent on a Monday)
RM has tried to deliver the item twice and both times they could not deliver it.
When I sent a message about the damaged item and returning it, it opened a case automatically
, So a case has been opened.
I have provided the tracking number. What will happen now? I just want a refund then to close my Ebay account as I've had enough of Ebay and the dodgy sellers I seem to attract.
