What happens to my final value fees when I refund

I have partially refunded an item and noticed that paypal fees are recalculated. Does that happen with Ebay's FVFs too? Thanks

Um, any amount of refund comes out of your share of the profits, OP. Ebay charges you FVF even if you do a full refund, unless you can file NPB or buyer agrees to cancel.
