Buy it now, help for newbie seller

I've started selling a few bits and someone had asked for a buy it now price before any bids started. I suggested a price and then she wanted photos before she decided to go for it. In the meantime bids were placed so I couldn't add a buy it now price then. She said I can send her an invoice. What am I supposed to do? Can I end the item and disappoint all the other bidders? And how on earth do you send an invoice? Help! This is far too complicated!!

You have to cancel the bids, add a buy it now price to the auction by amending the listing and then she can buy it and check out normally.

But if you would prefer to let the auction run and not end it now that is fine and your choice.

Thank you, I knew I'd find an expert on here! I think I will let the auction run and just tell her I want to keep things fair and hope she's not too upset... hate offending people though... OMG I'm far too sensitive for this malarky, need to toughen up!!!
