Just had my first case opened against me for an item not received. The package has evidently been lost as I posted about 8 on the same day and have received feedback for all but this one.
No prior contact from buyer, and as am not mindreader obv didn't know they had never received until getting the case notification today. Have refunded in full and sent polite message, but noticed that they have put on claim that they have contacted me several times and I haven't replied. I told them (politely) I will ask ebay to look for these messages as clearly, if messages from buyers are not getting to me there is something awry (what we know is awry is that they haven't really tried to contact me at all)
Now the case is closed can they still leave me negative feedback?
