Suggestions for cheap delivery to the US?

Otherwise I'm going to be making a loss of about £20 on this item. It's only a bundle of magazines but magazines are so heavy that it's over the 2kg limit. I charged £15 postage which the buyer has paid, but I was just wondering if there is anything other than the Fed-Ex/TNT route that anyone knows about?

I used DHL lite to send a parcel to the US recently, it worked out half the price of UPS/FedEx, and you can pay by paypal and book a collection slot.

I would definately use them again.

I seem to have found a way of getting it there for only £27 which is not as bad as it would have been by Parcelforce (nearer £40!!!). THanks for your help.
