Sold an item, but bidder wants to pull out

Hi. I sold an item on eBay this afternoon. The winner has said that she was buying it for her sister, but doesn't want it anymore.

I would prefer to go ahead with the sale, but not sure what the repercussions could be. Any advice?

you can't force them to go ahead - I would file a non paying bidder case in 4 days, close in another 4 then relist.
