Help - why can't a bidder bid on my item?

She lives in the same home town as me and has a 100% feedback rating of 113. But she has private feedback - could this be the reason?? (Why would anyone want to have private feedback?) Help - what can I do?

Check your settings. Is it possible to have blocked someone with private feedback?

She may have had an unpaid item strike. Look at your settings
