Second class but paid for recorded

I sent of some parcels I asked for 1nd class recorded, but got 2nd class, only realised today. So I need to refund- but how do I do it? They paid PayPal

go into paypal and click on the details for each transaction. There is a clicky refund button where you get an option to do a partial.

just stick a little note on refund, saying

" hi a small refund for postage as I asked PO to send first class but on looking at receipt was sent 2nd so here is a refund for the difference kind regards Footface"
