Advice please ? Buyers account hacked

I've had an eBay message form someone who has placed a bid on one of my items.

She claims that her account was hacked and has now been suspended by eBay and she's asking me to retract her bid as she doesn't have the item number.

She's sent me the message from the supposedly suspended account which I find odd!

It's only a bid for £3. Should I just retract it on her behalf?

I've tried contacting eBay chat but had no luck.

I just thought that it was odd that she could message me from a supposedly suspended account.

Whatever the reason, I'd rather end up relisting the item if it fails to sell than potentially have problems further down the line.
