Item arrived unusable - what to do?

I bought a pair of dungarees for DD, they were described as in "great condition".

However, they just arrived and there is a massive stain in the crotch area that clearly has not washed out. Must have been poo and pee mixed tigether. Boak! It's not just between the legs so very visible if the dungarees are worn. I couldn't let my DD walk around in them.
They also have a red stain of some sort on the leg.
None of this was mentioned in the item decription.

What should I do?

I would email the seller first - pointing out it is part of the eBay rules that clothes are freshly laundered/cleaned. I think it is disgusting to send clothing out in such a state!

Then see what they say before taking it further.

I think it's reasonable to ask for a full refund, including your return postage, if they are stained.

Thanks for the advice.

I emailed the seller and she replied within minutes saying I was getting a full refund.

I think she knew fine well the stains were there. Some people really have no shame...
