I sold an item about five days ago, I messaged the buyer today asking for payment and they've messaged me back saying that they won't be paying for the item.

What do I do?

open a non paying bidder case now from the resolution centre then close on day 4 to get your fees back - they get a strike and can not leave feedback then.

Go the Customer Support part of the site, and to the Resolution Centre. Click the appopriate heading, and proceed from there. When you've done this, the buyer may decide to pay up - or you will at least get your fees back, and you can relist the item (and block that bidder, who should get a 'strike').

I think that's what happens (learning from the experts on here!)

See, fergoose knows! Smile

I don't really! - but I agree add to blocked bidder list too :)

TribbleWithoutACause · 17/07/2012 15:38

Thanks, I've opened a dispute.

How do I add as a blocked bidder? Does that happen automatically?

no you need to add them manually
