I 'Won' a pair of Wedges at the beginning of the month. The Item ended in the middle of the night, entered my maximum bid and won. Woke up to a message saying 'Pay now please' & i did as i usually pay straight away. Anyway, a week passed and i hadn't received a dispatch message. When enquiring about this i was told she was waiting for the money to transfer to her bank account before she paid for the postage. Fair enough.

Left it another week and contacted her again, this time i was told she had a bad back and couldn't post the item. I asked her for a refund, and was told she had given the money to her daughter as they were her shoes. I replied saying i was out of pocket and would like the item if she is not willing to give me my money back. She replied telling me i was a nasty piece of work.

I opened a case with eBay and checked her feedback all the selling ones were negative, with people saying they had paid for an Item and never received.
On her 'Profile' page the same pair of shoes were listed with 2 days left to go, listing them a week ago.

She has now contacted me saying she will refund me tomorrow but she doesnt know how to so i will probably not get my money back.

Scam? I think so.

I have to wait till the end of the month before i can send the case for eBay to decide.

I hate sellers like that, i sell on eBay myself all the time. Am a very honest seller and 9/10 post the next day always have good communication, ect.

Angry sorry, just a bit of a rant! Do any of you buy many things on eBay?

No, I do occasionally buy things from ebay. Mainly Eyelashes, but I've never had a problem before about not receiving anything! I usually don't think people would be that horrible.

i would check her listings, but mums net is the only website that is working on my laptop at the min.

Whoops... i somehow managed to win one of her auctions a couple of days ago, for a necklace.

I've had a reminder to pay for it tonight. It's only 8 quid, i'd put a maximum bid of 50 in, I thought one of you would have bumped it up a bit :o

KateSpade · 29/06/2012 21:48

Has she sent you a message yet saying 'PAY NOW OR ELSE'? Grin

I've just sent her an email asking whether she'd sell a pair of her VANs on buy it now for £35. Hopefully she'll realist at this price and have to pay the fees!!
OOOPs I won't be paying!!

Iwannamovenow · 30/06/2012 18:40

Nope, it was just an ebay reminder invoice thing.

I shall look forward to the stroppy messages :o

KateSpade · 30/06/2012 19:38

aahh. Nasty Buyer! I still can't see the money on my paypal balance. Ebay insist that its gone on, so. I guess i will ring up paypal on monday!

Gingefringe · 01/07/2012 08:26

Ha - she's emailed me to say that she's put a buy it now on the VANS for £35.
(originally listed at auction for £2). I've just sent her an email "Many thanks but I won't be buying as I've just read your feedback".
If nothing else, she will have had to pay the Buy it Now listing fee in addition to her other fee!!

GoOnTim · 01/07/2012 16:40

heheheh about the Vans BIN price :o

I have reported her listing for the pink shoes, unfortunately you can't report a listing as "Buyer is lying through her teeth in the description" so I reported it under Fake/Counterfeit Items (well she's claiming they're Stuart Weitzman and they are actually Dolcis - well spotted Iwanna).

Might make the eBay Powers That Be look a little more closely at her listings Wink

I messaged her asking why they were listed as Stuart Weitzman when they aren't; she said "My mum bought me them for. Wedding I'm not sure what they are!" Hmm

fuzzpig · 01/07/2012 21:17

Loving your work Ginge and Oops! :o

KateSpade · 01/07/2012 22:10

Go Ladies!

At least it may stop her selling, so no-one else gets conned!

Those shoes are a nightmare anyway, they must be old with looks of the lace-up leg details.

brilliant, love it when a scammer comes a cropper. wonder if she will withdraw all items overi8ght and disappear?

cannot believe dolcis pmsl

LadySucre · 01/07/2012 22:53

and what about the last 2 pairs of shoes at the end of the listing.

identical shoes
identical sizes
both nearly new

Has she got 4 legs or something.

KateSpade · 02/07/2012 09:55

Ahh yes! So it did, If she had just put 'Dolcis' I don't suppose she would have got much interest.

I noticed them. I hate scammers!

I wonder why she is scamming people, if she gets caught in the end though?

Iwannamovenow · 02/07/2012 20:43

I reported those pink shoes last week, under the fake discription thingy.

That's a new listing, new photos etc, so maybe the old one got removed?

Still not had any stroppy messages off her yet :(

fergoose · 02/07/2012 20:55

I asked her about the shoes, told her she was fraudulent - and got quit whining - if you don't like it don't bid. Nice seller huh? Told her I will not be bidding and not to worry couple more negs she will be booted from eBay anyway.

LadySucre · 02/07/2012 21:57

Has she changed the photos. pink shoes box now different i think

Iwannamovenow · 05/07/2012 21:01

I've had my first message off her, no shouting though :(
she's just asked if I still want the item.

Any suggestions on how I should reply?

PissyDust · 05/07/2012 21:31

Iwanna tell her you will pay but you have had temporary memory loss and cant remember your pay pal password?
